Registration Overview

  • Please ensure that the school registration form has been completed by the primary contact from your respective school - typically the sponsor teacher or head delegate - prior to registering as a delegate.

  • Within 48 hours, the primary contact will receive an email with a confirmation of the school’s registration for the conference. Once processed, the delegation name will appear under the school selection tab on the Delegate Registration form. Each school’s contact will receive a Google spreadsheet with their school’s students and country assignments. The Head Delegate and Sponsor Teacher will also have access to a school-specific spreadsheet containing country assignment status.

  • Through the Delegate Registration form below, delegates will be able to register for CAHSMUN Horizons 2023.

REFUND Policy


September 17 to October 14: 100% refund on registration fees

October 15 to October 31: 50% refund on registration fees

November 1 onward: No refund

Our refund policy is in place to help keep delegate fees low and cover our prepaid expenses as a small non-profit. Delegates will receive a refund to their original payment method, less a nominal administrative fee for non-refundable transaction costs.

CAHSMUN Bursary Program

Since our inception, CAHSMUN Horizons has always stood by the mandate that all delegates should be able to fully participate in Model United Nations. Over the past five years, CAHSMUN has proudly provided over $50,000 in financial assistance through need-based bursaries.

For delegates, we are pleased to provide bursaries to cover 50% or 100% of the delegate registration fee. For schools, we are pleased to provide bursaries to cover 100% of one chaperone room. Most applicants face socioeconomic barriers to participation, but we invite and encourage applicants who face different barriers.

Delegate applications should be submitted by October 4 at 11:59 PM PT. Any questions about the Bursary Program can be directed to horizons-sg@cahsmun.org.

Pricing is listed in Canadian dollars and is inclusive of all taxes and fees. Delegate registration includes the cost of one night at the Sheraton Wall Centre in quadruple occupancy rooms.
