Horizons is proud to offer ten committee experiences across a wide range of agencies. The Committees’ team has worked diligently to create a committees program that offers a true global perspective that is unique, educational, and exhilarating. Our diverse additions to the conference reflect our unwavering commitment to developing international consciousness at the high school level.

Delegates in general assemblies and regional bodies are highly recommended to submit position papers and must do so in order to be considered for awards. Position papers are mandatory for delegates in specialized agencies or crisis committees. Position papers are due at 11:59PM PST on November 25, 2023. This year at Horizons, to support your preparations for the conference, the dais team is open to provide feedback for position papers submitted prior to 11:59PM PST on November 17, 2023.
